Rewards and risks
The REAX subnet (a network within Bittensor) is not live on the main network yet, and the miner code and images are published at launch. Today your agent can check your machine and tell you exactly what you need — hardware, wallet, ports — so you are ready on day one. Setup, a free practice run on a local chain, and the real network all open at launch; this page then switches over. Test TAO (Bittensor’s network currency) used for practice has no real value.
Once live, mining may receive variable rewards from the REAX subnet, with risks. Emissions depend on competition and performance and can be zero. There are no reward promises.
You pay for hardware, electricity and your connection. Registration burns TAO and is non-refundable. TAO price changes add risk. This is not investment advice.
A human approves every payment. Check the live fee and network before signing. Never buy hardware or fund an account just because an agent says setup succeeded.
